1.Install stardict program
#sudo apt-get install stardict
2.download dict from stardict web site
http://stardict.sourceforge.net/
3.decompress tar.gz file in to /usr/share/stardict/dict
#tar zxvf stardict-langdao-ec-big5-2.4.2.tar /usr/share/stardict/dict
